Well, I have now burned the CD for SEVEN of my co-wokers. I should start charging people!!

Barry's are my *most burned* CDs. Every time I pull one out, I swear, someone says, "can you burn me a copy?"

I swear to god the following happened to me: a babysitter of ours did just that. Said, "you have Barry CDs? May I borrow some so I can burn them?"

Now at this point I am used to taking some serious abuse for being a Barry fan. Years of torture are ingrained into my psyche. So I'm thinking, I kid you not, that she is telling me that she wants to burn, as in TORCH, my CDs.

So I say "oh ha ha very funny" and leave for the day. Later that night I have one of those lightbulb moments. "oooooooh, she wants to BURN them!" I immediately called her and we laughed. She said that she just couldn't figure out why I was so nasty about it. She thought maybe I was the piracy police or something!

The GREAT news is Barry's new album, THE GREATEST SONGS OF THE SIXTIES,
is selling real well so far, but the bad news is so are a few others,
so we are in a dog fight for the top of the charts next week! Wouldn't
it be amazing for Barry to have TWO #1 records in under one year?!
Let's make it happen!!
