Well it is kind of a sale...I just got my BE Today's special value from QVC and I just love it! It is a very good value. It is going to be the TSV on Nov 18 or 19, can't recall. But, you can pre-order it now.

I think the QVC TSV is scheduled for Sat. Nov. 19. I know it is a Sat. I had hubby order the TSV for me as a Christmas gift. It arrived a few days ago and is very nice, but of course I haven't used it--I did inspect it just incase.

It is around $45 and you get 10 items:
1. eyeshadow size pot of mineral veil
2. gold compact with brush (it does not have the zipper case)
3. well-lit, back lit--a blush size pot that is divided with 2 products, no clue what this is for
4. a long handled mini kabuki brush
5. a small brush (eye shadow maybe)
6. a lipstick
7. mascara
8. eyeshadow size pot of "trudy" blush/all over face color
9. eyeshadow in peachy color ("thank you" I think)
10. velvet drawstring bag containing "the gift" eyeshadow
It comes in a pretty red/gold box. I've heard that the medalion on the front is a mirror on the reverse side. I'm not sure--I only got 5 minutes to look at it before it was seized by hubby.

I've only used the products since August, but they are awesome. One of my favs. is the Clear Radiance which was recommended to me by a lovely lady on this thread.

Well this isn't a sale post, however for all of you who live in the Portland/Tigard Oregon area a brand spankin new Sephora opened last night and they have then entire line of Bare Escentuals. I couldn't believe how many pieces BM has.

It's a wonderful kit, and if you divide out the pieces by the cost, even with the tax it's less than $4.90 per piece!

You can't touch that anywhere....

Sorry if this has been asked before... I've always wanted to try BE, but I don't know what to get. I just want a foundation type product. MIL is a big QVC shopper and wants to know what I want for Christmas so I was thinking this would be the perfect time to try it. There are so many BE products on QVC I can't figure out which one I should get.

To go with just a foundation would be easy-

First though, you'd need to find out what shade would be best for you.

If you could tell me where you're located, I could do a bit of research and see what's in your area for help with choosing your foundation shade.

You'd also need to decide if you need lighter coverage or fuller coverage. The brush that you will need would be matched to the coverage you want.

I do fuller coverage because I've got mild rosacea, and am tired of people asking me 'what's wrong with your face'. I haven't gotton any of those comments since I've worn BE.

I am so disappointed.....I tried to buy another starter kit for my dd for Christmas on Medispa and it is unavailable. I am going to call the 1800# on Monday to find out what's up.....

I tried the fair/md initially and a prompt came up and said unavailable, I tried the next shade and it gave the same prompt....I hope they havent discountinued the starter kit.

My guess is that they are probably out of stock because of people buying them for Christmas presents. Hope you get better news when you call them!

I also tried to order one for my mom yesterday at medispa. I also tried Sephora and they too are out of stock. Since she didn't want to wait we ordered her the TSV on QVC and a foundation and brush set. Sure it was more, but she should have all the basic and for someone who wants it yesterday....

So, did everyone watch the show yesterday? I did and ordered some really neat stuff for me . I can't wait to get it all!

When I logged on it showed the kit but in Med....I want to order the light....It showed out of stock.....I tried to find it again but it doesnt even show the link or picture of the kit now.

I logged onto to Medi-spa today and was upset to find a notice that BE could no longer be ordered on line.....I called the Customer Service # and was pleased to find out that they still will do phone orders and will honor any coupon codes....the one I gave her had expired but she looked up a new one and I got 20% off...of the Complexion perfection kit. I had it gift wrapped and shipped to my dd26 at no additional charge....
I asked the rep what happened and she said that the BE company asked them not to sell it on line any longer but phone orders are fine.
