Is there one in DL and do they give out "first haircut" certificates?

No, no barbershop in DL. I don't even think there is a place to get your hair cut in DTD. Sorry.

Nope. Having experienced the barber shop at the Magic Kingdom, I'm a little sorry that DL doesn't also have one. Getting my son's haircut at MK was a real treat. I'm not aware of a barbershop even at DTD or any of the hotels, but could be wrong there.
