Barbara really went out of her way to defend Woody Allen today. The View's Facebook page is full of angry comments. Anyone see the show?
I feel the exact opposite. The evidence, the damning Vanity Fair article, etc., actually support Dylan. But I don't believe it really happened. All the investigations, all the neutral third parties, all the evidence, supports Woody.
I think Dylan truly believes what she's saying about Woody.
The old, "I know him and he would NEVER do anything like this" is always uttered, and usually dead wrong. Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors.
Exactly. Why would Dylan heap attention and press on herself like this? She seems like a really private person. Its hard to believe a small child or even a regular everyday person when going against a rich celeb. There is no way you can make this stuff up and I don't believe she is making it up.
Yeah, I saw the show.
Also saw Dylan's article and the articles of several of Woody Allen's defenders.
Also remember the original investigation.
I think Woody's conduct with Soon Yi was despicable and really wounded Mia. I haven't been able to watch a Woody Allen film the same way since all of that happened.

When he ruled against Mia on the issue of the molestation, my personal opinion was that the molestation did not occur. Had there been credible evidence to support Mia's claim, Wilk's decision would have said so.
I love star gossip ad much as the next person but why do people get so vested in it like the stars are their friends?
This is the DISboards and a crime has been committed. We're a bunch of crime fighters on here. All the legal threads on here are a testimony to that.
Just to point out -- the Connecticut authorities investigated the allegations at the time and determined that no crime had been committed.
I can offer some insight hereabout my opinion.
My reaction is also based on my experiences with Justice Elliot Wilk, the judge to whom the custody matter was assigned.
I appeared before Justice Wilk many times in the 1980's. I found him to be an extremely thorough, fair and conscientious jurist. When he ruled against Mia on the issue of the molestation, my personal opinion was that the molestation did not occur. Had there been credible evidence to support Mia's claim, Wilk's decision would have said so.
True and by that same logic Caylee Anthonly was not killed by her mother.
