Thanks for answering the thread I had out about irons on the ship. I went to the Disney site to try to find where the laundry rooms were and of course nothing was listed, so I checked your site and there was my answer. Thanks for all of your pictures and information! I sure have used it on many occasions. I can't wait!

Your site has pushed me to upgrade from a Cat 9 to a Cat 7. Seeing the pictures have helped me decide.

I do have one (probably dumb) question about the snorkeling on CC. Is it safe? Is the area patrolled for shark and jellyfish, etc?

I found my new hobby (some may call it addiction though) thanks to Barb and Tony's castawayclub website. In Feb.2001 I was doing a DCL search and it came up with the castawayclub website. After bothering Barb with question after question she pointed me in the direction of these boards...... I THINK is was a good thing! (LOL)

I love the Castaway site too. It's almost theraputic reading it. You know if the website owners wrote a book on just Cruising Disney (much like the unofficial Disney books) they might make enough money to fund all future cruises! Anyhow, it's an incredible site!

Actually, I guess I should take advantage of this thread to fess up and give the credit where credit is due...my hubby Tony has just about taken over the website and is the one to thank for the navigators and most of the photos. Ever since he got his digital camera and scanner, he has slowly but surely taken on more responsibility, till now I am webmaster in name only! But that's okay...I spend all day designing and developing web-based training, so by the time I get home from work, a website is the last thing I want to work on. Tony also just moved our site to a new host that should prevent the "website unavailable...bandwidth has been exceeded" errors that have been cropping up whenever we announce the posting of new navs. I think he was waaaaay too much fun doing the website...it started out as a hobby for me, and it has taken on a life of its own! It's our way to give something back in honor of all the people who helped us with our first WDW trips and first Disney cruise.
