Bar at Carribean Beach

I know the bar at CBR is outdoors, but is it possible to order drinks from Shutters? I'm just wondering if it's raining out if I can just get drinks. When we were in Disney in Feb it was cold and rainy so we had soup and drinks in the bar at WL but CBR doesn't have a regular bar.

I don't remember there being a bar inside Shutters. I just remember tables. But the outside bar has a roof over the bar.

I've had a couple of drinks during dinner at Shutters, but I don't think that there is an actual bar there.
