I am a DVC owner who has recently had 130 points transferred into my account (after being promised by MS that I could bank them). When I called on Tuesday to bank them I was told 'you can't bank transferred points'. I told them that you could and, after checking with a supervisor, she came back and said she would have to do a 'manual adjustment' and to check the next day.
I called back last night and the points are still showing in my current UY but the lady I spoke with (a different one) said it can sometimes take a few days for a manual adjustment to go through the system. Has anyone had any experience with this. Please tell me I haven't got 130 useless points in my account
