Banking question

I have a March use year, I banked our pointed for this year so we can use them next year, how long are they good for? Plus when can you start borrowing points?

The points you banked from your March 2004 UY will be usable from 3/1/05-2/28/06. You must use all of the banked points during that time period or they expire.

As for borrowing, you can start borrowing from your 2006 UY as soon as the reservation window opens (in your example, you could have started borrowing 2006 points for ressies beginning 3/1/05, which would have put you at 4/1/04 for the 11 month window). Of course, you will want to be sure to use banked points first, then current points, then borrowing. Remember that banking and borrowing are final transactions and cannot be reversed, so just be very detailed in planning these activities.

You can even borrow your 2005 points if you changed your mind and want to travel before 3/1/05!!!

If I'm understanding all of the post correctly, here's where your points stand right now:

March 2004: Points have been banked to March 2005. Must be used between 3/1/05 and 2/28/06. Cannot be borrowed or banked forward again.

March 2005: Could be borrowed for a stay from now to 2/28/05, used in their normal Use Year, or banked forward to the 2006 Use Year.

March 2006: Could be borrowed for a stay 3/05 to 2/06, used in the '06 UY or banked into '07.
