Banking - only one transaction?

I have an April Use Year. I just called member services to bank my remaining 56 Beach Club points. I also have 100 Saratoga 2006 points unused. I was told that if I bank my 56 Beach Club points today I can't bank my 100 Saratoga points at a later time, that I can only bank points one time.

This isn't right is it? I'm relatively sure I've banked points more than one time in the year, as long as the total banked was within the proper time period.

There is no limit on the number of banking transactions, only on the number of points that may be banked after a given date. I would call again. Sounds like a confused CM or perhaps a misunderstanding.

With an April UY, you're still in your 100% banking window. You can bank ALL points if you want. As Doctor P stated, either a confused CM or a misunderstanding somehow.
