Banked Points

So this is the first time that I am not going to be using my points. I already banked my 2013 points - is it too late to rent them out for this year?

Never had this situation before and not really sure how it works.

If you banked your 2013 points, then they are now available for use in your 2014 use year. Those point would not be available for use this year and cannot be un-banked. If you need points this year, you could borrow points from your 2014 UY, but once you do that, they become 2013 UY points and have to be used before the end of your 2013 UY.

You can, however, enter into an agreement to rent now as long as the reservation you make for the renter is in your 2014 use year.
