banked points question

still tring to understand using points
ok I've banked the remaining points for this year if I change my mind can I unbank these points again
year use Dec
going to WDW in Nov and might try and change from a Studio to a one bedroom
do not want to use next years points as we are planning on banking these into the following year and have a big family gathering then
at this stage looks like we will not be going next year and the points that are banked from this year will not be used , don;t want to trade /rent

You can't "un" bank points. Those points will expire at the end of your next use year.
If you want to use points this use year you can borrow from next year's allocation (this would not include any banked points)

No, sorry Jackie, as the PP says you cannot 'unbank' your points. Once they're banked, that is final and then you have till the end of the next UY to use them.
