Banked Points Expiring...

We are looking at buying a resale contract that states there are banked 2008points. THe use year is April. Would these points be expired for a May trip? Do you have to USE tem prior to April 2010 or BOOK them prior to 2010 or can you use them THROUGHOUT 2010?

They would have to be used by March 31, 2010. Not just booked, but used.

If you haven't started the ROFR process, you probably would not be able to use these points because March 31 would come and go before you even closed.
