Banked my 07 points - still possible to take a December trip?

The title says it all. My DH should have some vacation time in December and we were going to try to go to Aruba. However, with the passport delays and other concerns, would it be possible to stay at a DVC resort in December? Would I have to borrow from my 08 points? I don't even know if there will be any availability at that point, but let's just say there is...would I have a problem booking?

I have an April use year, if that information would impact my abilities at all.

Once points are banked, they cannot be unbanked, so YES, you would have to borrow from 2008 points. Just remember that the banked 2007 points now must still be used by the end of March 2009.
