balloons at plaza inn breakfast

Hey everyone,

Has anyone who have been to the plaza inn breakfast have seen any of the characters carrying balloons and/or handing out to the people?

I went in August and a CM (not the characters) was giving them out

I went in May and a non character CM was giving them out. Eeyore did have one tied to his tail, but he wasn't handing them out.

Been there many times over the years, never saw a character handing them out. Saw them playing with them many times. But always had a CM handing them out. Just curious why you ask?

Like others have said, we've been there and had the regular CM's but not characters passing out the balloons. One time they gave my 2 boys a whole bunch and we had so much fun passing them on to other little kids in the park!

You know I'm really sure that the CM's but not the characters hand out balloons but if anyone plans to go to Disneyland later this year and make reservations to the Minnie & Friends breakfast, I would love to have Minnie hold the balloons and take a picture.
