it would depend on when you paid - if it's w/in the time that your docs are due - you may only get your docs - but if you paid early - then you should get a receipt w/in two weeks of payment (though when i made my deposit it took almost three weeks for a receipt) -

I paid off my 10/11 cruise about two months ago and didn't recieve a receipt. I assume my credit card bill was my receipt.

Cruise documents arrive 10 to 14 days before your cruise date.

How far out can you book Excurtions? I don't cruise until Feburary. Joni

Excursions can be booked 60 days prior to sailing. You should receive info from DCL or your TA (though I still haven't & we sail 9/6). You can call or book on-line, I believe.
