Hi All,
Not sure what correct terminology is!!
Ive been to All Stars twice in the past.Neither time were there any trolleys for luggage or anybody anywhere looking to help with luggage.
It really matters this time,as Im an adult on my own with a two and four year old.Last thing I want is to lug our suitcases to room like I did previos times(without kids)

So my question is - do you have to ask?Are they available?

Thanks,
Lynn

Hi There

I have been 3 times to the All Stars and Im sure I remembered luggage trolleys to the side of the outside entrance. If you want to use them yourself you have to leave a deposit I believe which is refundable when you take them back. As you go into the entrance to the hotel I Know at the sports there is a little door to the right, at the Movies I think its to the left. Ask the guys who are working outside opening car doors and taking off luggage.

Hope this helps :thumbsup2

Thanks Sue,
Ive not stayed in Disney for a while as Ive had a villa for the last 3 years (sadly had to sell)
This time Im also doing a split stay...16 nights at ASM and 3 nights at POR (to try out the Mods and see if worth the extra!!)
I dont drive,so was wondering if anybody has left their luggage with Disney staff to transport it to other resort?is there a fee for this please?
Any problems with this?

Thanks,
Lynn

disney will transport your lugage from one resort to anouther no problem.Just ring bell services from room and tell them your bags are ready, and its a free service.Inlaws were taken to outher resort as well, but that was because pool was closed(changed from movies to pop).
You can get a trolly for lugage from bell services and as florida sun says they are to the right of entrance. If you are going to stuggle with them, bell services will take them to your room when you have checked in

If bell services do take them don't forget the tip - i normally give $1 per bag (don't know whether this is the correct amount?!) :thumbsup2
