Last trip to DL we got given a badge (button) at the Plaza in Breakfast with Minnie (similar to the 1st visit etc ones), I later saw a girl wearing an Ariels grotto one (which we hadnt been given at our lunch at Ariels), Do all character dining locations have these (so I know to ask) and is there anywhere else?

I think that guests that eat at Storyteller's for breakfast get one.

Yes, all the character meal locations have these buttons. There are other buttons as well (beyond birthday, anniversary etc) including the CarsLand ones, Honorary Citizen buttons, 1st visit etc.
