Bad things come in 3's?

So our clothes washer decided to start making a horrible noise while spinning. I swear is sounds like a plane taking off. Thankfully we can use the handwash cycle still but we have to get it replaced SOON. I've been looking on line at Home Depot and everything say it is out of stock.

Now I as I am getting out of the shower my daughter yells at me "did you know the kitchen sink is leaking?" The drain pipe came apart, so at least that was an easy (and free fix).

Now I am waiting for the next shoe to drop.

The washer may be an easy fix, too. Google the brand, the noise and how to fix it and there is more than likely a youtube video about it.

An easy fix would be if the supply line sprung a pin hole leak and had to be replaced. Did that a few years ago. Anything mechanical does not sound like an easy fix.

Plus with a number of other minor issues not worth calling a repair person to come look at it.

If it's a front loader it sounds like the tub bearings could be going bad.

3 weeks ago today I was hit by a wild hog while bicycling. I was at mile 33.1 of a 100 mile ride. My crash resulted in 3 injuries >>> 1 cracked scapula, 2 cracked ribs ( that's 3 cracked bones) and a punctured lung so 3 injuries.

I am 69 years old so that's a 3+3 for the first digit and 3+3+3 for the second. Posting at 8:08

This has been our house recently.

1. Two weeks ago I discovered that there had been a leak under our kitchen flooring. Had to rip it up, dry it, and reinstall it ourselves.
2. Discovered we had mice in the kitchen AND garage. Kitchen problem seems to have been fixed, but garage is still a work in progress.
3. The dryer wasn't drying. I turned it off, unplugged it, and it seemed to reset. But buying a new dryer right now is not what we need.
