Bad Room at AKV Jambo equals dumpster room at VWL

We recently returned from a two nite stay at AKV at Jambo in a standard view studio. We arrived at 8 in the morning since we stayed at POP the nite before and wanted to head over to MK early. When we checked in the CM said wow I have a room available now, so we said great. Went up and everything seemed fine. We left for the park and came back got changed and out we went and got back at 10 and we heard strange noises in the wall. We were in room 5436. On the end with a pool view. After our room were the stairs and then the elevator. We called maintenance and after a while we figured out the noises were the cables from the elevator. Now the stairs were between us and the elevator, but it was so loud we would have never slept. We called the front desk and they said they could move us a few doors down. You never saw two people pack so quick So now it is 11:30, they bring us new keys and we move down the hall a few doors to room 5430 which was a great view of the pool and QUIET. There was no room charge for the change of rooms. SO, Beware of room 5436. It is loud, and even with our sound machine it sounded like there was something in the walls and ceiling.
We are going in Jan and staying at VWL, I hope I don't have a dumpster view.

I just double-checked and I also stayed in studio #5436, on two separate trips. I never heard any noise. Maybe DH is right when he says NOTHING wakes me up.
