Bad dreams.

So, I had this dream last night, and I need to tell someone about it. I'd be too embaressed I think to tell my RL friends or family.

I don't want to get into the details of it, but I'll just say I woke up with a knot in my stomach. I'd rathar not...re-live it, but basically there was a guy stalking me and, well I think you sort of get the jist of it. In my dream, nobody believed me and told me nothing could be done anyways, there was no proof. & I kept seeing this guy everywhere.

I don't know what it is, I've just never had a dream this scary before. I probably sound like a loon, huh? I just woke up covered in a cold sweat, still kind of shaking from the dream. It seemed so so real.

I just felt like if I didn't tell someone I might go crazy. Now I'm paranoid, and am kind of afraid to go places by myself. It's just a dream!

You guys don't have to respond, I just had to get it off my chest. I hope I don't sound nutty.

Oooh, that sounds freaky!

Maybe to make you feel better, I had a dream last night that a gorilla was chasing my dog and I down the road. I guess I wasn't quick enough, because the gorilla ate my dog. When I got home, nobody believed me that the dog had been eaten.

Oh, Jenny, I hate those dreams

I had one not too long ago, and I woke up in a cold sweat, too.

I had one once where my father poisoned me...*shudder*

Oh Jenny that's so freaky!
I don't even remember sleeping. I had a meeting at vo-tech at 10am this morning, well I was a little late. My mom woke me up TWICE, said I sat up and started getting up any everything. I don't remember A THING!

It was just so freaky and I didn't take my ambien either. My mom woke me up the 3rd time and told me I had 15 minutes to get dressed. I woke up in a pool of my own drool. It was gross.

I've had a dream like that before. I was on edge the rest of the day.

I've actually been having a lot of bad dreams lately. Before this month, my last nightmare was maybe 2 or 3 years ago.
But now I've been having them like 3 times a week.

I mentioned it to my doctor at a check up, and she said it was just caused by stress.
