Quick advice on attractions, please -
I have a tendency toward muscle spasms in my back when I lift things I shouldn't. I did that the other day.

While I'm just about back (no pun intended) to normal now, we leave in less than 3 days !!!! (woo-hoo!!)
Which rides should I really avoid??? (I'm not a roller coaster fan, but usually like all the other types, including things like Splash Mt.
Thanks for your advice, in advance!!!

I have some minor back problems, but I have gone on just about every ride at WDW and didn't feel that any of them aggravated my back problems. Most of the coasters are smooth. I'll tell you one jerky ride that might give you a problem is Dinosaur at AK. I haven't had any problems there, but if you're concerned, the ride isn't all that great anyway.
. So that ride too, is a no no for me! Also I worry about the bit that on TOT when you go back up will effect me since I also have problems carrying or lifting things. I sure am curious about that ride though, sounds so cool!
