We got up & ate our cereal & stuff in the room. It wasn't long before we were heading off the ship, cleared customs quickly & were outside the terminal waiting for our pick up from Tiffany Towncar.
Close up of the clock--it was really 8:30 not sure why the clock says 7:30.
Close up of terminal detail artwork.
Our driver was there soon & we were on our way to WDW. It really is a pretty quick trip & soon we were passing through the gates.
We saw some Halloween decorations as we headed under the Magic Kingdom gates heading towards our destination.
We were staying that one night at Bay Lake Towers at the Contemporary.
Our driver dropped us off & we were escorted in & soon checked in. Our room wasn't ready but they took our cell number & would text us when it was. Well, by the time we went to the bathrooms etc. Eric had gotten a text, so we headed over to our room. I had booked a standard view. Not sure if me being a gimp had anything to do with it, but we got a MK view! Score!

Here's the studio room.
The view
We hung out in the room a little while, then decided to head to Downton Disney to eat some lunch.
We headed to Earl of Sandwich which is one of our favorites. We split our sandwiches & had a The Full Montagu - roast beef and turkey with sharp cheddar ceese and aged Swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, roma tomato and Earl's mustard sauce & an The Earl's Club - roast turkey, smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce and roma tomato and sandwich sauce. Delicious as always.
We browsed through some shops.....
And had a Fall picture made.
Our final stop was Ghiradelli's for an ice cream sundae.
It was a lovely afternoon.....here's our loot purchased on the ship & at DTD.
Ship shopping.
DTD shopping....loved the 40th anniversary merchandise & Disney socks from MisMatched.
We headed back to Bay Lake Towers.
Loved this art in the lobby area.
We were kinda wiped from our early morning getting off the ship so we took a nice long nap in the room.
