A week in Hilton Head, and I gained back about 4 pounds. Plus I had about 3 1/2 pounds left to lose before we went. So today I started all the way back with Induction. Was it a good idea to go "back to the beginning"? I only have 7 1/2 pounds left to lose, but eating the Induction way is really so familiar to me. Can anyone tell me what to expect for weight loss? The first time around, I had about 20 pounds to lose, and the first week I lost 4 pounds. I know I won't lose that quickly this time, but what might I expect? Gotta admit, a few days of OJ in the morning and ice cream at night was fun, but it's time to get serious again!

I'm back on induction after screwing up since Thanksgiving. I gained 8 lbs over the holidays! And now it's taken me until March 1st to restart! ach!

Back to induction is my suggestion. No more OJ - and get some Carb Smart "ice cream"! (for AFTER induction!)

Simba's Mom,

I'm worried about the same thing. We leave for our WDW vacation in just 10 days. I started out with a goal to loose 18 pounds and I haven't been able to break that 10 pound mark. Now, I'm worrying that I'll gain 5 back on vacation and have to start over again. I truly realize now that saying is true "the last 10 pounds are the hardest". I don't think it will hurt to start over again so soon. But, I'd love to hear more from those who know more than I.

Good Luck,

Lissa
