Ok, so I got home on Monday, but I'm just getting around to doing everything just now. We stayed at the Poly from July 6th thru the 11th. We had a better time then we ever thought we would. It was WONDERFUL! We had a GVC room booked, and had requested a room on the 3rd floor. When we got there (10:30am) our room wasn't ready yet, but we were told they had a lagoon view room ready on the 2nd floor if we wanted it!!! DUH! UPGRADE 
It was such a great room, we had an awsome view of the beach, the Grand Floridian, & the Contemporary. A tree blocked the view of the castle, but we could still see the fireworks from our room. We didn't spend much time in our room, but we loved it. We got a towel "Animal" (it was actually a towel basket) that was very cute. Everyone was super nice, and we had an awsome time! I would recommend the poly to anyone who was thinking about staying there!

I'd heard they weren't starting Hawaii until September, but wondered if anyone had mentioned to you what exactly they were going to do to the lounge. I guess I have to wait until October and be surprised.
