Back from WDW

im fine now, it was just a bad infection, it knocked me right out, was on an IV drip for fluids

DAY 2: EPCOT
We arrive by 9, and make our way to Soarin it say's 20min wait, so we decide to wait, well we only wait 10mins and get to ride the front line!! we've only ever riden the front line, just love that ride with all those lovely smells!, now it's off to the seas with Nemo & friends that was another walk on no wait whatsoever, thought that ride was ok, so now my eldest DD is really struggling with her chest coughing like she smokes 20 a day!!, no none of us smoke just think it was the humidity getting to her she was like that for most of the 1st week, so inhaler time and then off to Turtle Talk with Crush, well this was great totally awsome DUDE!!, I think this is possible better for the parents and grandparents than the children, next we walk over to Journey into Imagination with figment this was also a walk on, I thought we'd never done this ride before but we had I remembered once we we're on it. Now for one we hadn't done before Honey i shrunk the Audience, my youngest DD hate's these 3D show's so if you see a child sulking with her 3D glasses it's my DD!, she won't wear them......and then want's to know if she'll get wet, so anyway we all settle down and start to watch, well when I realise what's going to happen with the mice my feet come up onto the chair, yes I know spoilsport, BUT I have a real phobia about mice I can't stand them and then everyone around me is screaming, phew I'm so glad I did that, can't really remember much more apart from the dog at the end YUK, not one I'll be doing again. Now it's time for lunch the rain has started, we head to Electric Umberella I have chicken strips, DH Cheesburger, DD's have Chicken Nuggets. So now it's still spitting but better than it was so we head over to World Showcase and decide to split up with my Mum & Dad and meet back at France in a few hours, so off to Mexico we do the Boatride for the 1st time there, my youngest DD enjoyed that, then they have their photo's taken with Donald, now Norway were we ride Maelstrom 5 min wait for this another 1st, as we're walking through the lands we see Snowhite & Dopey so another photostop, we explore the rest of the world without too many distractions.....oh except the water fountains!!, if you ever see 2 little girls fighting over the water fountains that'll be my 2!!, my youngest especially has a fasination with them she stops at nearly every one, I wouldn't mind but the water's digusting and we always carry fresh water with us!!. Well we meet up with my Mum & Dad in France and watch the performers but my 2DD's are desperate for the frozen drinks I promised them earlier in the day, so we make our way back towards Test track to get their frozen cokes!, well I end up getting 4 of them, and the girls get soaked in the water whilst they wait..So now my DH & Dad decide to ride Mission Space, it said 20 min wait, so us girls finish the drinks and have a rest.....well their gone ages and ages!!, and then they appear some hold up before their turn, my DH thought that someone had been ill before them.....So now we're all exhausted so we head back to the Villa for relaxation and tea.http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/CHEK_photo/florida2007fuji137.jpg

Any chance of another installment? Pleeeeeease!! :rolleyes1

Many thanks for reading, sorry I didn't post last night, Moody 8yr old :rolleyes1

DAY 3: ANIMAL KINGDOM.

So Today we get here for the opening!!, we all make it through the turnstiles and make our way to the right of the path!, not too bad then we cross the bridge and wait and wait!!, why do so many people try to get past?, they we're telling the CM's that they didn't want to watch the opening!:rolleyes1 , so the CM's told them they still had to wait with the rest of us!, anyway we've never seen the opening before and the girls loved it, one's on my Dad's shoulders and the other one on my Husbands!, and the camera was in my eldest daughter's hands!, so I apologise over the photo but it's not too bad.http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/CHEK_photo/florida2007fuji156.jpg
So the cute little opening's over....hey what's the rush!! OMG keep hold of those little one's hands, phew we made it to DinoLand, we leave my Parents here with the girls and we head over to get fastpasses for Everest!!, well that was like a free for all no order just one almighty mess, the CM's we're doing their best as we reached the front of the line trying to get people in some sort of order, they were actually asking how many fastpasses you wanted and were giving them to you. As we head back to Dinoland our little one spot's us and tells us she's been on Tricera Top spin, and that her sister and grandad were waiting in line for Primeval whirl, so I take our youngest back on Tricera Top along with all those Love Bugs!! .......When we get off the ride DD1 and grandad are just abut to leave on their adventure.http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/CHEK_photo/florida2007fuji163.jpg
So we now make it over to Africa to get FP's for Kilimanjaro Safari, a quick Toilet stop for the girls and then we head off to the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail, which we all enjoyed just being able to go at our own pace, saw lots of the animals don't think we've ever seen so many Gorillas on this walk before they we're in great form too, we saw a total of 8 together at one time.
So now our FP's are ready for Everest and Kilimanjaro, so we decide to do Kilimanjaro as we're already here, it's great having these fastpasses and not have to stand in line, I don't understand why people wait for 50mins!, anyway we climb aboard our jeep we're in the last 2 rows and have a female driver she was lovely, we saw loads of animals including a baby rhino who stepped out infront of our jeep with her mother....she was sooo cute running accross the terain. The ride was very very bumpy I didn't take any photo's my Hubby video'd part of it but there's a lot of floor footage :lmao: .
Now Expedition Everest!!, we had our fastpasses this had a 60min wait!, so my dad, DH, DD1 and myself say our goodbyes to the bag ladies and of we set, my DD want's to sit next to my DH, that's fine I don't mind, I'd rather she didn't hear me scream :rotfl: ...by the way she's only 8, we're in car 4 & 5!, well it frightened me lord knows what it did to her, when the ride stopped and we got out I looked behind me to see my DH lifting my DD out, she clung to him!, The words that came out of her mouth we're I'M NEVER EVER DOING THAT AGAIN:sad2: ......Now to find those bag ladies. Then we head over to watch Finding Nemo - Oh no it's been cancelled......I know we'll go and see Festival of The Lion King, this is my Mum's all time favourite show, secretly I think it makes her cry....., anyway we make it in and we are seated in the Lion area Yeah!!, girls practice their roars and their hand jive!!, fab show really enjoyed it, we we're the last ones to leave it took ages to empty the theater, my DH asked a CM if we won a prize for being the last out! NO. So in the sweltering heat now my DD's decide they want to meet the characters on the greeting trails......Goofy was great as my youngest DD had lost all her top teeth before our holiday they we're teasing each other.....also my eldest DD had made a hat that said "I Love Mickey", so Mickey and Minnie we're lovely with her too
We didn't see the parade here today we went for Dinner at the Rainforest Cafe, can't quite remember what we all ate, girls chicken strips, my Mum & I had pot roast, anyway not too bad but 3 meals had to go back as they weren't hot, but the server was lovely.http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/CHEK_photo/florida2007fuji182.jpg
Back to the villa for more swimming for the girls and a rest for us!.
Tommorrow Blizzard Beach.

what a great day, so nice that you got to see loads of animals.

Was EE really that bad? I was thinking about going on it this time but maybe not then!! :scared1:

Really enjoying your trip reports, we are going next year when my D D will be 9. i was hoping she will go on EE, so we can ride as a family. in the past me and my D H have to ride roller coasters separately:sad1: cant wait to hear about B B tomorrow, we love it there:banana:

You have to do it, Just to say you've done it!!, but no don't think I'll do it again, and I'm pretty sure my DD won't :rotfl: . But in her defence she was a brave little soul she tried lots of new rides!, and she is a bit of a roller coaster fan, but prefer's to see where she is going rather than travelling in the dark  .
Thanks everyone for reading :grouphug:

Sounds great. EE isn't a bad rollercoaster i even had to talk my GF out of trying to get fast passes for it as they were something like 5 hours away. And my Gf hates most coasters. Must start to do my Trip report

DAY 4: BLIZZARD BEACH

Well this had been on the agenda for the last 12months, as last year when we visited the Tropical storm was approaching  , the place was almost empty apart from us crazy brits, stood under a gazebo freezing :rolleyes1 .....well enough said you get the picture.
So we arrive early, head for our pitch for the day, and only end up where we we're last year!, that was more for the children though...they loved the area of the Ski Patrol Training Camp with the T bar drop and ice berg walk, so within a flash their both in the water and my DH & I are quick behind them, but not that quick to get in the water!! well they do everything here at least 5 times whilst it's quiet. and then we head off the 4 of us to the Cross Country Peak, we get our tubes, gosh that water's cold today, we enter behind where we're actually stationed for the day, so of course we have to go inside the cave bit and all that freezing water that's at the entrance... guess who hit it? yes me, I tell you that water could give someone a heartattack!, ok maybe a bit over the top BUT!!, so we have the leisurely ride around there whilst it's not too busy, I have to say I've never been in when there are so many tubes available, usually everyones scrapping for them, anyway we make a decision to get off and head to Runoff Rapids, my youngest DD hates anything new or anything different and questions us to the point of desperation and that's us not her!, so we pick up our Inner Tubes and head to the top!, how far up!, gosh those tubes aren't the easiest things to carry, we're having a bit of banter with the Brits behind us but I couldn't speak I was that out of breath......So we get to the top, my DH and youngest get ready to go, she's that skinny she fell straight through the ring so we positioned her right, my DH had his legs under her arms and legs so she wasn't going anywhere or so we hoped?, off they went now it's our turn, my eldest DD and I leave no problems and wonder what will face us when we reach the bottom?, as we head out of the water, my youngest DD's there jumping up and down AGAIN, AGAIN, :yay: so off we head again!, up all those steps with those tubes and just as much fun the 2nd time. Now we head over to the Chairlift, seem to wait for ever to get on it, we split in to 2's and make our way to the top to go on Teamboat springs, we'll I have to say I think the worst bit there was the chairlift I didn't like that experience, so we're safely at the top and wait about 30secs and then we're in our family raft, had a great time the girls loved it and laughed all the way down it because their dad kept getting the soaking's. We head back to base now to have a drink and a bite to eat, and by this time the place is getting a lot busier and hotter. When we get back no grandparents?, but not for long they appear shortly after, they'd been on Summit Plummet!! NO only joking...:lmao: they'd been in the Cross Country Creek!.
Here's a picture of the girls with their ice creams!
http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u207/CHEK_photo/florida2007fuji188-1.jpg
Sorry not many photo's taken here today...
So we rest for all of about 30mins, and then my DH and my Dad take the girls off for more enteratinment for another hour. so us ladies can sit in the sun, well I did for all of about 10 mins, it was just too hot...Anway we leave around 2.15pm and head for DTD.
1st stop Earl of Sandwich which really didn't please my eldest DD she had a right paddy! she wants to go and spend!, so she doesn't eat her sandwich she sulks instead which makes everyone feel uncomfortable, then my dad get's my mum a fruit juice and she wanted a diet coke!:rolleyes1 all good fun! :lmao: so I take my DD outside after I've eaten and we have a few words, enough to make her say sorry and have a hug! Friends again...So now to shop but we didn't buy that much, we split up from my Mum and Dad to give them a break ;) girls choose a pluto and a goofy and I think that's all we bought, we headed back to the car and waited for my Parents. Then back to the villa for an early night!
