Hi guys! Good to be back
We spent 8 days at WDW and 7 days on the Disney Magic. I'm taking my film into Costco today and my trip reports should be up by the week-end
Thought I would share some highlights of the trip...
WDW
Because of the MLKJ holiday, the first three days were very busy! We used fastpass a lot and we managed but it was crowded! The whole trip was VERY HOT! During the day it was around 30º, somtimes up to 35º and the nights were nice with temps around 20-25ºC. The rest of the week was more manageable after the holiday Monday but still seemed crowded to me for the off-season. We rented a house in Rolling Hills with Loyalty USA and I can't recommend it enough! The company was wonderful to deal with, always VERY prompt with answers and recommendations! The house actually had a key code instead of keys, which was fantastic! You didn't need to find the office first, since they send you the new code just before you leave. This also worked great for us since we were staying with my brother, his wife and their three kids. Didn't have to worry about sharing keys. The house was fantastic and about 5 minutes(no traffic) to World Drive. Can't say enough about it....will post some pictures in my trip report.
I guess my major highlight was on Wednesday when we played Millionaire and I got in the hot seat!!!
It was sooooo nerve wracking but it was FUN! I went for the 125,000 pt question but guessed wrong so I went back to 32,000 and I only lost a pin. I got a hat, 10 pins with a cool Millionaire lanyard and a very nice grey polo shirt.
We enjoyed watching the new parades at all 4 parks and had fun with all our faves like TOT and RNR and many others!
For cruise highlights, I am going to post on the cruise board...that way I am not repeating myself myself
