Nice to see you. Hope all is well I really need to get up to your report. Sorry I have been MIA, I have been so swamped right now. Wish I had more time on here.

Great family pic :thumbsup2 You can totally tell that you lost some weight before the trip!!! Hopefully the people at the airport don't see the amount of luggage we will be bringing with us for 10 days of Aisling customs/bows :rotfl2:

After a wonderful meal at Kate's Kitchen (I think it was everyone's favorite of the whole trip) We went on the hunt for fishing poles. We went to Amberville Train Station to get poles. They told us we had to go to the House of Hearts. Loren and Grandpa went over there while the kids raced boats. Little Ella was able to free the pirate ship that according to the Angel volunteer has been stuck for weeks. :cool1:
After a while Loren came back without fishing pools. He said they said they are over here. After a few phone calls we found the fishing poles. Then onto the next adventures of finding the fishing hole. We were told it was "that way" :lmao: We finally ran into "Mary" which I think was the lady in the video and she helped us find our way. We had a great time. Avy had a few bites but never caught whatever was chewing on her line.
The big catch of the day was Jason catching Christian. We had 2 very excited little boys till they figured out they caught each other then it was disappointment big time. We had a lot of fun.

Off to our first meal at the Gingerbread house. The onto the marry go round.
This is Hayden's spot. It was so nice for him to just sit instead of trying to climb on stuff.

We went back to the villa and everyone but me changed into their suits and hit the pool. I went to the meeting to get our tickets. We were short 1 ticket so after a few phone calls and computer searches I got our tickets and walked back to the villa. It was after 10 by the time I got in. Thankfully the kids were all ready for bed and I finally got to lay down after my long day that started at 11:30 the day before :thumbsup2

what an awesome start to the trip.....i'm finally gettting around to reading your TR. Glad everyone made it okay on the plane ride down. I know what you mean about those storms. It was a nasty weekend when we got back. Now with more tornados in the N.Metro my kids hate storms. Can't wait to hear more about the MAW place. It seems like a dream.

Can't wait to hear how Avy's legs did with just being out of casts. On a personal note, does she take a long time to get her gait back? My DD,9 got out of hers a little over 1.5 weeks ago. PT told me not to worry that the gait would "normalize" soon. Last time it bounced back but that is when she was 4.

Love that you guys were able to do this for all the kids :)

GKTW is amazing we took the time to really enjoy it this time around and so glad we did. The kids had the most fun there over the parks.

Leg is still healing we go back after the 4th to have it checked and hopefully they will remove the extra thing strap they added to it. Really I think they need a whole new brace made again. She normally regroups fast within a week. This time she has really suffered. She does want to play now which she refused to do on the trip. She really took it easy on the trip :sad2:
Where do you go? We love love love Gillettes.

Sea World day :thumbsup2
We were first in line for Mickey and Minnie. Well we were early and even had a wait a few mins ;)
Ella was scared and mad she wanted to see Belle first. Loren and Grandpa went to the House of Hearts. So we didn't do the family shot. We had a lot of problems with our keys not opening the doors so they changed them all out for us.

We came out from Mickey and Minnie and Ella started to SOBBING, we thought she got stung by a bee sobbing, it scared us till we figured out she thought Belle had left. When we showed her that she just moved. Ella was all smiles. Look at her holding Belle's hand

The kids had a surprise when they turned around and found Goofy. He didn't have anyone in his line so he came over to hang with us :rotfl:

We had a quick ride on the carousel. Then went to eat some yummy waffles :thumbsup2

We did our toe walking as an out patient basis in Plymouth/Maple Grove. The orthodics are being done by Orthodic Care Specialist next to Children's in St. Paul. We went from toe walking to heel walking. It is a balance I know but you just want to get them comfortable . Thanks

cute photos with the characters! happy Ella got to finally meet her Belle!

Never heard of those places. Jason is a major toe walker we gave up the fight. He would bust through the braces and even casting. It doesn't effect his walk that much and he had so many other things going on at the time. The therapist told us to pick our battles so we dropped it.

That cry was the one that makes your heart stop. I am so glad that is all it was and that is was a easy fix. :thumbsup2
Belle was amazing with her and got right down on her level it was so sweet. :cloud9:

Do the charaters come to GTKTW? How cool is that.:goodvibes

Loving all the pics and looks like SeaWorld day must have had some great weather.

All we see is rain in Rhode Island so it is nice to see pics of sunny mornings:lmao:

Is Avy ALWAYS that serious???
Yes she is. She is always thinking and it is hard work for her to smile. Those muscles just don't work like they should.

Yes it is so nice the little kids just run right up to them. It is so sweet.

It is fun to see the pictures. All it has been doing is raining here too and cold. I am in a sweatshirt right now. :rolleyes1

Off to Sea World which I think is one of our families favorite parks of all time.
We got there after only one bad turn and this time it was not my fault. :cool1:
"Raising hand here and saying I am the worst co-pilot in the world" :rotfl:
We got great parking with our handicap tags :thumbsup2
We stopped for a few pictures
this is one of my favorites of the trip :cloud9:

First thing we did was head over to see about times for the dolphin feeding. We had more then enough time to leave. So we left most of the kids playing by the sting rays and the big people hit a ride. Loren, Grandma, Auntie Bobbie, Jason and I took off for the Manta it was a lot of fun. Scary but fun. We went back to check on the kids and still had enough time so we took back off to ride the Kraken it was amazing.
It was fun to be able to go on rides this time instead being stuck with a crying Ella like last time.
The kids were having fun by the stingrays but started to get bored. We hit the gift shop and Ella got a new friend and both girls got hats. The cool thing was they put their names on for free.

Finally it was time to feed the Dolphins. FYI when you get splashed the water tastes AWFUL and you will have that taste in your mouth for hours GAG

After the dolphins we went to ride Journey to Alantis Ella was really upset she was to little to ride but she had fun watching the huge splashes.
Afterwards we went into the JTA store and watched all the fish. I think watching Ella crawl around on the floor looking at the fish was one of those tissue moments for me. She was so excited she didn't know what to do first. She even laid down on the floor and just watched them swim.

Off to lunch we had pizza at Seaport pizza it was good enough that the kids cleaned their plates. Then Loren and I decided it was time to torture Ella by getting cornrows put in. :rolleyes1
She did whine a little but it was the best move we made the whole trip. It was so nice not to have to deal with her Curly rats nest all week.
IMG_0087-1.jpg

It only took about 15 mins and the lady said she sat really good for a child her age.
We must not have been to mean because she was happy as soon as she got out of the chair.

adorable photos...looks like you all had a fun day!

Ella looks like she's having a blast playing on the floor looking at the fish. What a neat area.

I love the pictures of all the kids with the Disney characters.:goodvibes

God holds my heart as well as my family and friends

I just had to tell you I LOVE THIS!!!

Kathleen, LOVED the Sea World day...how clever to have Ella's hair cornrowed, one less thing to take care of in the morning! I am looking forward to touching Dolphins! And I LOVE STINGRAYS, I could watch them for hours...seriously! The kids look like they are having a great time and I love the links to the rides...looks like there isn't a lot Lisa can partake in ride wise....wild roller-coasters are a no-no because of her heart...the Shamu coaster looks doable though, THANKS again for posting the links....now I need tips for UNIVERSAL! :goodvibes:goodvibes
