back from the magic.... :( with a snowy dlh pic added!

Welcome back!!! Fantastic photo!!!

We've also packed warmer clothes and waterproofs for the girls (snow trousers for Anya and thicker for Mia) etc. I'm ready for the cold, it was very cold when we went in Dec 2006 so kind of know what to expect. I only hope it doesn't rain a lot :sad1: I can cope with the cold but rain is a big NO!!!

Look forward to your trippie, probably won't read it before we come back.

I can't wait to go!!!

ema - i am actually finding it colder back home today, than ive been all week at disney (maybe the disney magic keeps u warm??) the weather was dry, a tiny bit of rain, but more like sleet..... as it is that dry sort of cold, it feels warmer than the uk wet cold (lol) and so when it did rain, it ended up turnin more like snow...... both boys wore their tights under their salopettes, and seemed lovely n warm - so that at least was good!!!
will keep fingers crossed for dry/snow and tbh i prob be still writing my report when u get back :lmao:

Welcome home :wave2:

Great to hear that you and your boys had a wonderful time.
Looking forward to seeing and hearing all about your trip :thumbsup2

Thanks Nikki :flower3:

I grew up in a country with really cold winters and hot summers (still the same back home) but the only difference is the damp/wet winters in UK and dry summers/winters back home. The temperature can get to 15-20 degrees below zero and yes it's cold but very dry and lots of snow. I hope it won't be THAT cold in DLRP but the magic will keep us all going :wizard:

Gorgeous pic, i hope it snows next week when we are there! the forcast is for rain though

That Photo is sooooo Magical:tink: I want to go in the snow!!!!!

That photo is beautiful - I cant wait to read more about your trip

Excellent photo, I am so hoping for snow when I go.

We are expecting it to be really cold in January, I have invested in some thermal long johns (not the sexiest thing in my wardrobe) and a skit suit for Josh. Hopefully we will be prepared for the cold. Maybe some tights for the boy would be a good idea too.
