No, there's a bounce back offer currently. Did you call the bounce back number from your room, 8844? The Front Desk, Concierge, housekeeping, etc will all say they don't have any information or there isn't one. If there's no flyer in the room anywhere calling is the only way to get info and book. They make it hard for sure.

I didnt as I was feeling pretty on departure. Guess we'll have to wait til our November trip and see what's going on then. Just out of curiousity though, what is the current BB?

Once when we were leaving the CR we remembered we wanted to look into a BB. I even knew where to look - in the booklet/pamphlet that should have been in the room in a dark colored folder along with room service, etc - but I hadn't thought of it and didn't remember seeing in our room and we had already checked out. We asked the CL concierge who said there wasn't one, so my DH went to the resort concierge desk beside check in who didn't know what he meant either! when we got home I unpacked ad actually found that I had packed that folder with our stuff, and lo and behold, there was the booklet with the bounceback offer right where I knew it would be! I have no idea why all of the people working concierge desks at the resorts, who I thought would know this info instantly, don't have a clue.

Also, you can call and book a bounceback any time on the day of your discharge, you don't have to still be checked in or in your room. So I actually called from home that night and booked one.

Bounce Back Offers are still alive and there is a dedicated button on your in-room phone. Dial Ext. 8844 from in-room or call 407-939-1923 while still on property and ask for booking code that is provided in the check-in package.

Don't feel too badly about missing out on the BB offers...we were there in early April, and for months I'd been anticipating booking our next trip as soon as we checked in! But sadly, for any of the dates and resorts we were looking for, there was nothing left but the way-too-expensive-for-our-budget specialty suites. My H, who I had call while I was unpacking (lol!) just about passed out at the rates they quoted him. I remember hearing his side of the conversation and being annoyed that he said he'd have to "talk to his wife" and call back later instead of just booking something...until he passed me the piece of paper he'd written the quotes on. Then he was forgiven, lol!

It's been years since we've booked a BB (around 10, I think...I remember that the ad for them was printed on a cutout of the White Rabbit's stopwatch...it was super cute!), but wow...demand has definitely increased! I remember back then that we had no problem getting lots of different choices of hotels and room categories. My guess is that part of it is that a lot more people are aware of them now, hence there is more competition for them.

It's a room discount through the end of the year. In November, it'll probably be a room discount for 2019, so depending on when you wanted to go again, you may not have missed out on much!

The current BB blocks all of October and November, as well.

Awesome thank you! Def didn't need for end of year as we're going in November. Next trip will be sometime in December I think, if I can pull it off.
