OK, we've had this conversation before but who here has OCD tendencies??

I have to do things in even numbers, hence the 4 kids. LOL. Totally screws me up that there are 3 boys and 1 girl, but I can move past that.
But I have to buy things in 2, eat M&M's in groups of 2 of the same color.
So tonight I had 8 chocolate covered pretzels in a bowl, painstakingly counted out. DS15 attempted to steal one. OMG!!!! Evil mom came out!! LOL I think the kids thought I was possessed!!

But yes this is me

Please tell me I'm not the only one!!!!!

I have things in 3's..... 3 girls, 3 pillows in the middle of my couch, 3 candles on the end table....very weird I know lol

I prefer even numbers too. Makes things easier I guess. Now with DS everyone has a ride partner at Disney. No more odd man out.

But when I am grouping things its usually 3 or 5 always looks better.

I am waaaaay past tendencies! I stopped DH from making the bed yesterday as the sheet and spread did not match up exactly......he just shook his head and walked away like a good DH.


I will count out snacks too into an exact portion, DS is great at nipping into them as he walks by, then laughs when I make a face and tell him to get his own. He always says that mine taste better.

Staging and scrapping I can do in odd numbers, that's not a problem. It's everything else that messes with me.

Rachal, I hear you about the ride partners!! That's the one saving grace about having 1 girl, she's pretty much my partner and the boys all buddy up.

Cassey, what is it with boys and food?? Lay off my stuff!!!
DH makes the bed here. I can't do it right. That's the Navy in him.

So, I was talking to DS11 tonight and DH was laughing at me because I line up his shirts in color lightest to darkest, solids, stripes, then checks. My scrap paper is the same way, I reorder a box of crayons as soon as I get them. The list goes on!!!

well I'm not so much a number OCD, but when I eat M & M's I have to eat all the same color's together....they taste different if I combine the colors

I like to be organized, but also make piles with my paperwork
do like having a place for things though and put where they belong.

when my bro was a teenager my dad had to hide snack food from him, he'd want to it all in one sitting

I'm an even number gal too. I have to eat my Swedish fish in even number quantities...But, my exception is 5s. I can eat or buy in 5s, but not other odd numbers.

I have to alphabetize things. All my CDs are in alphabetical order, movies, etc.
