Congratulations!! That is one of the best feelings in the world.

My daughter just had her first baby on Friday, an adorable little girl!! We are all happy as clams. I'm already planning her first trip to the Mouse House!

At least you know he/she is kicking. Being new to the whole pregnancy thing, I had no idea what was going on down there. Eventually I could tell when DS was moving around..he never seemed to quit unless I was standing up. Because of all that movement pre-birth, I was NOT suprised one bit when he continued to do his frantic jigglejigglejiggle post-birth.

Now I feel lucky if I can contain him long enough to feed him and give him a bath.

Me too, TOV...Peanut's most active when I'm sitting. Not so much when I stand. I was wondering if he/she will be this active after birth!

Ahhh - I am experiencing the same thing right now :O) I love it. Pg is not an easy road for me, so I savor every minute of it. Looks like we are close to each other due date wise - I am April 13. Do you know gender? We found out yesterday we are welcoming our second little boy!

Wait until you're about 39 weeks along and they start to s-t-r-e-t-c-h from one end of your belly to the top of your rib cage!!!

It's bad enough now...that little 10-oz thing steps on my bladder and I'm all, "Ooh, I have to go to the bathroom." And then they shift off of it, and I'm all, "Oh, never mind."

Very cool, don't you love it! With my first 3, I felt the baby much sooner and much stronger. This time around, I don't feel her/him as often at all. But all babies are different.

When we went to get the sonos, he just would not sit still long enough for the tech to do what she needed to do and I think she got annoyed at him.

The first sono was a real surprise. He was kinda laying sideways so he looked like a comma and then he JUMPED (that's the only word I have for it) up and turned around, like he knew we were looking at him and you can see his whole face. It was really bizarre and the tech said she'd never seen anything like it.

No way, Mal! We had the chance two weeks ago and I made it VERY clear to the technician. I practically grabbed her shirt and said, "and no accidents, either. I better not see any genitalia or I'll have your job."

hey, congrats on your little boy! Yep, I'm due April 22 and this is my first. Like I told Mal, we don't want to know the sex, but I am suspecting it's a boy.

I HATED the first trimester. I was so nauseated and gaggy. And I had zero energy or the will to do anything. But happily, all that has passed and I feel like myself again...plus!

Oh, if I had a nickel for every time I've had to say that...

Have you had the moment of panic yet? The one where you realize, "OMG, this wriggling thing is going to have to COME OUT!!" I clearly remember my moment...it was in a board meeting...I almost hyperventilated. Good times!

That is funny! But how will you PLAN???

I am so happy for you. And take the little peanut to WDW whenever you want. Their little pudgy faces and their drooly smiles when they ride IASW...it is sooo cute.

Congratulations!!! I used to like it when they got the hiccups!!

I think it's too small for me to feel hiccups yet. We did catch it drinking the amnio fluid in the ultrasound, though.
