Baby Wheels cant deliver to Disney desk?

I am wondering if anyone else has received an email regarding this - should I pick another company?? My family was planning on going to get some things first before going to the resort. The email states that they need to drop off the stroller in person and Im not sure how I can give a time for that.

There have been a couple of threads about the stroller drop off. From what I understand Disney is going to go with a few preferred vendors like with the ECV's. They instituted the no drop off at baggage for ECV's not that long ago. Makes sense to do it for strollers too.

I think Orlando Stroller Rentals is one of Disney's preferred vendors. Disney started requiring preferred vendors in November of 2012, and I was there in December 2012 and Orlando was able to drop off.

Also, they support the DIS! Since we all love our free DIS we should support businesses that support us.

Actually, what you're referring to is preferred vendors for ECVs. The preferred vendors for strollers is a new thing...so new, there's no list available yet. The only company I know of for sure who identified themselves as one of the preferred stroller vendors (Kingdom Strollers) made a FB post about it a couple of weeks ago. That post has now been taken down, so I don't know what's up with that. I assume that Disney asked them to take it down so they can make an official announcement.
