My favorite is having each guest guess how much ribbon or string it will take to go around the Mommy-to-be's belly!! (without touching her). Its fun to see how much or little everyone guesses!

The only one I like is baby shower bingo, it keeps everyone entertained through the most boring part of the shower. You can print off cards off the internet. While the mom to be is opening presents everyone takes a bingo card and when she opens a gift that's listed on your card, you mark it off. The first one to get bingo wins.

I was going to suggest the purse game too & am glad someone else did. Super idea! That game works well no matter what type of shower you're having. The list of items you can come up with is only limited by your imagination. Hmmmmmmmm...sort of reminds you of Lets Make a Deal, doesn't it???

Another good one is advertisements from magazines or the newspaper. Cut out an assortment of advertisements for baby things such as formula, diapers etc making sure to darken out the product name. Number each one, keeping a list of what product is which number. Winner is the one who correctly names the most products. The shower I attended that had this game passed the advertisments around but you could also tape/glue them to posterboard & display it or put each on a separate piece of paper for more stability to the flimsy newsprint or magazine stock.
