This is the first time we are travelling with my DS. Can you take baby food with you into the US? If not is it easy to buy over there. Any help would be great.
Are you staying on-site? How long are you going for?
When we travelled with our then 9 month old we took jars, they confiscated everything with beef in but let us keep the rest. I would recommend taking some with you. Disney has VERY limited variety. When we ran out of what we had bought, the only option was chicken and veg - Everyday for a week!
They also dont have the same brands, so if your DS is particularly fussy I would be even more inclined to take some with you.
Even off site unless you visit a supermarket (
walmart etc) then they dont have many. And baby stuff is th US seems to be way more expensive than the UK - we once ran out of formula milk during our trip due to my own milk drying up just a week into a 4 week holiday, and its costs about 3 times as much as UK milk.
Its a good job we also combined jars with baby led weaning and she ate "real" food.
Our daughter also never bought into the whole water thing and has only ever drunk juice (dilutable) - Americans just dont drink this clearly as it is almost impossible to buy, unless you want to pay $6.00 for something which costs 50p in the UK. We always take this with us as there is only so much coke you can consume without climbing the walls.
