Baby changing rooms or Family rooms at US/IOA?

I have an older handicapped child who will need to be changed. The big family/baby rooms at WDW are great for him. Are there any in either or both parks? Thank you for your help.

No family rooms just regular restrooms with baby changing counters. It may not be big enough for an older child. You can go to any of the first aid stations around the parks though and change your child.
