Visited the MK temporary relocated baby care center this week. Can someone explain to me why the chairs at the baby care center are just plan wooden chairs with no arms? My 4 month old is bottle fed and trying to feed him sitting at a chair with no way to rest my arm and having just to set my bag and stuff on the floor seemed crazy to me. It was also chaotic and noisy (which is super distracting to my baby of course). Breastfeeding moms get a quiet private room, which I’m glad they get privacy but why isn’t there a quiet room with decent chairs for all feeding parents? And what about dads? Dads can’t feed baby? The lady yelled at 3 dads who came in looking to help mom and were told to leave because they had breastfeeding moms (they were all in private rooms) I’m happy there was an air conditioning place to feed my baby but the baby care center really seemed to offer nothing more than any indoor space with a chair.
