In all the years I have been going to WDW, I dont think I ever had Baby Back Ribs in WDW.:confused3

Does any of the WDW Restaurants serve them???????????:cool1:

We really enjoyed the ribs at Raglan Road. They use a Guiness and brown sugar reduction. I also hear that House of Blues has good ribs.

We had ribs at Yak and Yetis and Wolfgang Pucks last December but TRUE baby back ribs are difficult to find at WDW if at all.

Thanks everyone:thumbsup2

I made them for dinner tonight...and was thinking I never seen them at WDW...and I love me baby back ribs!

Oh my, it's so good. Basically what it is, is Guinness and brown sugar simmered on the stove and reduced down to a syrup, then they use it as a marinade/sauce for the ribs. This is also what they use at Raglan as a dipping sauce for the irish brown bread. :thumbsup2

I did a dining report on our last dinner there. Do you want me to find it (No pics though)?

I will be there is 7 days! I hope you enjoy it...let me know! :) Oh, I also made this reduction at home...I will go find where I posted it and give you the quantities...

I am starting to babble now...can you tell I love RR!

Raglan Road Dipping Sauce
The waiter gave me this recipe...

Mix equal amounts of Guiness and packed Light Brown Sugar in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat until it becomes syrupy, stirring constantly. I simmered it for about 20 - 30 min.

So, can anyone confirm that the Flame Tree BBQ ribs are baby back? If so, I know what I'm ordering on my next trip.

AllEars has the ribs listed at Flame Tree as St Louis Ribs, not baby back. I think St. Louis are fattier...not 100% sure though.

From what I have read on various restaurant boards and reviews Flame tree serves dry rub St. louis not baby back. I know House of Blues has baby backs that many reviews have said are fall off the bone and outstanding.

Sci-Fi at Hollywood Studios has them and so does Yak & Yeti at Animal Kingdom.
