Amazing pictures as always. :)

I really love your pictures from the Flower and Garden festival-I finally got to it for myself in April!

Brooklynn is soooo cute. I can just hear a little voice going, "bye, dude!" :rotfl:

Great pics MeMom. I'm jealous that you get to go again, in one week, and we have to wait 'till August.

What an awesome trippie and pre-trippie wrapped up in one! I love those last pictures of Brooklyn on her first birthday! I hope your new camera "behaves". Did you say that you said you would do the next trip report on a new thread or were you speaking of your fall trip? Glad summer school is almost over. Enjoy your trip and we will be right here waiting for you to return!!! :cool1:

We are starting a new thread for this trip, for sure. When we decide on a title, we'll put in our signatures. I'm leaning toward A Ten Day Ride on a Magic Camel, since that's what Brooklynn calls Magic Kingdom, but I don't know what Jill has decided. We've tossed around several ideas.

Kristina - I'd love to do a webcam! I'd love to just bring you all along by carrying a live feed video report from every park. From your home or office, we could ride the rides, see the shows, and (I know declansdad and GorshGoofy will be thrilled) we could all shop together!!! :dance3:

Nicole - You are exactly right. It has been a great year! I'll never make six trips in a year again in my life, I'm sure. We have had some awesome times together! We have truly, truly been blessed to have been able to do this. Now we'll be more reasonable and make it at least once a year, but hopefully two to three times a year.

micandminforever - I call 'dibs' on Brooklynn's first ride on Soarin', too! I know she will love it! Unfortunately, two bars away is still quite a while.

scottny - It is fun to share Soarin' with anyone for the first time. I hope he enjoys it! What's your count now - 75?

HappyElf - Glad you are enjoying it. It is almost over, but we'll rev it up again when we get back!

Megablocks -Wasn't everything so beautiful at the Flower and Garden Festival? I was sorry that we didn't have to stay and see it all, but we had to get going.

declansdad - I'll take lots of pictures to get you through July, and then it'll be time for you to go!

Why don't you make you and Ma a countdown calendar?

Oh, wait...you can't do that! This trip is a secret.
It could be a little hard to 'splain a big poster full of Mickey heads with numbers on them!!!

How about that 2009 trip that Declan's helping to plan? Is he choosing the resort for that one? I'll bring you back some POFQ pictures for this time. That's where you're staying this time, right?

DISUNC - Since Saratoga Springs is the only resort I have not seen in person, it is on our list of things to do this trip. Jill and John visited there last summer, but I didn't go. I'll PM you, and if there's a time you'll be just hanging out by the pool or just at the resort, maybe we can come by and meet a lime green Dis friend. We don't want to interrupt any of your plans, so no big deal if you don't have the time - just if it happens that you're doing nothing for a few minutes, we can plan to come by then. You know what we look like, too, so if you look out your window and see a chubby little blonde toddler touring the grounds and three grown-ups trying to keep pace with her, flag us down.

TCKK - Thanks for the good wishes! I've been missing my daily pictures. I hope your kids are having a great time at their camps.

mama2girls - Our last summer's trip was one that had over a year long countdown, so I know how painful the waiting can be. I hope our pictures can help make it a little easier. I think we can carry you through about January between the three trips to come.

twob4him - We are hoping to meet the famous DISUNC at his Saratoga home on our trip. Did you see the horse pictures punkin413 put up on her report? They have pictures of a bunch of famous Disney horses, so we've got to go see those and let Brooklynn see the Donald water jet.

Lovemy3babes - Yes, I've tried the Beverly. It tastes like a very bad medicine. It's hard to believe that someone would pay money to drink it voluntarily. Jill is not a real Diser, though, until she drinks at least a tiny sip. She can't get her Dis Badge of Courage without tasting it, so until then, I say she's a rookie!

VandyFan10 - Quite different than the little girl you met, huh? She has flourished this year. We are blessed that she is a happy, healthy little one.

punkin413 - Yep, you're right. I'm always on the prowl for a good photo op. Jill long ago learned to just keep walking and I'd catch up with her later, and luckily Brooklynn has been cooperative so far.

You can go down with us in our suitcases, because I have plenty of room, however, on the way back, the bags will be full of enough Disney treasures to tide me over until November! You'll either need a plane ticket or some good walking shoes then, I guess!

Hey, what a great idea!! I have often wished for a live video feed webcam. Some days, when I'm having major withdrawals, I'd like to just stay home and visit WDW via computer :surfweb: As for the shopping ... ahem ... I can only handle it in small doses, so tie me up and leave me in It's a Small World! :lmao:

I hope you have a great trip! Here's some pixiedust:. I'll look forward to your new thread.

You guys are true Disney Diva's!!! It has taken me 2 days to get through this thread! I love it! Brooklynn has grown up before my eyes!!!! Thanks for sharing your memories with us!!!!!:thumbsup2

Glad to hear, I'll be looking forward to seeing them.

You're right the countdown would be hard to explain:rotfl2: . Maybe we could call it a coundown to camp.

2009 trip still doesn't have a resort but I do notice many price quotes around the computer from AKL and WL. I wonder where they are coming from? Hmmm.

or maybe i can just stay there forever! :rolleyes1

MEMOM & JILL!!!!! i just read that candlelight dining processional packages can be booked starting TOMORROW!!!! i know you guys were thinking the booking date would be while you were in the air on the way to disney world. just wanted to let you know. ;)

Ohhhh I love that title you picked....I hope Jill does too! I will go over to Punkin's trippie...I remember her from last summer...I think she may have posted on my trippie even! And a chance meeting with the famous and elusive Disunc! Wow! Tell me if his hair is really lime green :rotfl2: and I am sure he will have his sidekick along too...his famous nephew! Ok I am off to read and go to bed! :moped: :

please come on over! :goodvibes the link's in my signature - the one from may/april 2008. i kinda "know" you too! you are "friends" with tara (eventer) and i went to WDW with her last september. i will be glad to have you if you decide to join us! :)

Since you read it all in two days, Brooklynn really did grow up quickly in your eyes! I'm glad you enjoyed the read-along.

GorshGoofy - I can't believe you'd rather dance round and round (and round and round) in circles in an underground tunnel singing the same song over and over (and over and over) in different languages instead of up there on Main Street midst the purses and jewelry and hundred thousand t-shirts and a wide assortment of pens and stationery and bobble heads and pictures frames and ....well, you know what all is there. And afterwards, it would be a given that we'd have to get an ice cream from the ice cream shop or a treat from the bakery. You better reconsider!

Do you not think it's fun to go shopping with your wife and hold her purse while she tries on clothes?!?!? :rotfl:

declansdad - I bet he would love to stay at Animal Kingdom! I know I would.

punkin413 - I think the more we talked about it, we're just going to leave it as is. We've got Garden Grill booked already, and Trent and Kristi aren't acting thrilled about doing the CP, so we'll just eat, and if we can hear/see some of it from the back, that'll be good enough. Jill and I would be the ones in the group who would most be willing to pay the extra meal money and sit through the whole thing, but since the others don't seem into it, we'll just save that for another time that we do another girl trip. Thanks for the heads up, though!

As for you staying in WDW, I'm kinda thinkin' Ray's gonna be opposed to that idea!

hlrababy - Glad you had a good trip and are back home safe and sound!

twob4him - Just watch yourself over there on her TR. She's a little crazy! ::yes:: You'll need a couple of napkins and a diet pill, too, because she always has awesome food pictures!

I hope we get to meet DISUNC, too, and I will definitely report in on the lime green hair thing!!!

punkin (again) - Are we playing the Dis version of 'six degrees of separation'?
