Great choice for a beach wedding.... Was that at the Breakers? Yes... all too familiar with the Jersey shore traffic . Luckily now that I come from PA I can avoid the Parkway... it's not soo bad. My college room mate was from LBI and we took that trip every weekend.
My mom is going back to the hosp in Philly in the am for a follow-up... keep your fingers crossed... and hoping they will release my sis from her rehab on Friday. I need a mental break.

And while there was a lot about it I love, having a day to reflect on it has given me reason to reconsider. Actually even if everything was perfect, it's empty now and they are looking to rent for Sept. 1st....I have to give 30 days notice here so that doesn't work. I think I became emotionally invested in the big yard, the office nook, and the huge storage shed/barn, things we don't have and have been really missing. The house is super cute, but there were some drawbacks that would take some adjustment on our part.

Monday.....
I had a wonderful solo weekend. All the mens will get back sometime this morning after I've gone to work. They had a really nice weekend for camping. I had a lovely gal's day out yesterday which included lunch and lolling around the mall. Good times.
Looked at a house for rent yesterday; my immediate reaction was I wanted to squat it and just stay put!!
Anyway, back to the grind today. Wish me luck.....

I'm excited for a new week but a little sad that Nemo goes to school in two days. I must try to monopolize him.
I have a wedding shower coming up on the 9th of September and I have got to get cracking. I can't remember if I've mentioned it here, but I started sewing (inherited my mom's machine), and what I'd really like to do is make a basket of napkins, placemats, maybe throw in some kitchen utensils if they're registered for them. So, hopefully I can find some good fabric this week and get one it.
Thanks! Now I need to go look at their registry...
