Once the Fantasy comes to Port Canaveral, the Magic needs to go somewhere. In 2012, it will split its time between Galveston, TX and NYC (with trips up the New England coast to Canada.) It'll be in NYC June - September then it moves to Texas. Not sure where it'll be in 2013, but I'm hoping it'll go back to Europe and we have enough money to book it.

I did it. Yesterday DD and I went out and got me a Lenovo laptop. I'm playing with it now at the alpaca farm while she is cleaning the alpacas.

Nice! The portability of a laptop is great. Hope you feel better soon but at least you have a computer to keep you entertained while you are down and out.

PAMom, Congrats on the laptop purchase! I love the portability of a laptop, and I'm blessed to have that portability thanks to the iPad the school district purchased for special ed teachers. I usually have to check work email or something on the run. I also like having my desktop, so I have the best of both worlds.

Sleeping in, the benefit of older kids. Though DH and I were up at 7:30 waiting on the kids to wake up. We're just so used to getting up early it's hard to sleep in. Plus, we have to get going to the in-law's.

I was awake at 5:30am Xmas morning. Too early! I woke the kids up at 9:15am. I would have let them sleep longer, but we had to get to my mother's at a decent hour.

Glad everyone seems to be doing well! PaMom and creativeamanda, nice to see a bit more of you two!! PaMom, congrats on the laptop!...I have a Lenovo too and love it.

Nice quiet day here. I'm amazed at the lack of traffic out there. It's usually much busier than this on a non-holiday Monday. I just went for a power-walk. We got a dusting of snow overnight, just enough to coat the roads and make it too slick to attempt to run. Plus I haven't run in like 2+ weeks now and I'm quickly losing my level of fitness in that department. The walk felt good. Can't wait for daylight savings to return in March so I can have some daylight to run in after work.....
