Good news.
BA have announced their schedule for next year and two things have come up.
1) Orlando still to be served from Gatwick

2) A SECOND service on certain days
BA2037 still every day Dep 11:05 arrives 15:20
BA 2037 flies wed, Sat, Sun dep 13:30 arrives 17:45 from 30th march onwards

More choice. :goodvibes

Hopefully less crowded planes too - and more room to spread out !

They must think they need the extra flights though.
Still think I prefer getting the earlier flight - and arriving at a more sensible time.

Making up for the reduction in seats at TCD?

Wonder what that will do for the ticket price :confused3

Yay thanks for the 'heads up', I've changed our booking to the day before and managed to upgrade to premium economy for just an amendment fee (£50 each) Tried to beg for the fee to be waived but it's there on all the booking info so what can you do!

The fact that I could have just booked premium today for less than I'd already paid for economy is rather annoying (I thought booking earlier was usually the best thing to do), but even so it feels like a result!

There's some fantastic prices out there for the new flights so if you're thinking of booking it's worth a look, I actually prefer the later times since it means we can go by train to Gatwick and will miss rush hour on the train on the way back.

Thanks again!

Vicki

Thanks OBI

Just booked 5 adults for £1500 on 30th April. Fantastic Price even though I wasn't planning on booking for a few months yet

Going at wrong time of year.:rotfl2:

£808 each for dates we want. Will wait for Virgin to release Miles and Money.
BA or BMI from Manchester would be great.
