B2B Dream San Juan

I know there are rules related to B2B. I’m trying to figure out if there are any possibilities because the Dream is sailing a 7 night out of San Juan prior to sailing to Fort Lauderdale. Is it possible to sail this as a back to back?


November 10 - 17, 2023 San Juan to San Juan
November 17 - 20, 2023 San Juan to Fort Lauderdale

There wouldn’t be an issue, because the first cruise is round-trip out of the same port.

For the purposes of the PVSA, that’s a San Juan to Fort Lauderdale route, which is legal because of the San Juan exception, whatever ports are visited.

Even without the exception, it would be legal because the first cruise visits a Foreign Distant Port - Aruba and Curaçao both meet the definition.
