I know there was a thread a while back about characters outside the theme parks, and I totally thought of it when I saw this:

It made me so sad for the poor staff members who had to put this together with no budget! Wouldn't it be horrible if you took your kids and Olaf was totally creepy like some of these?

The store manager should have checked out this bank http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3314093 to see if they would qualify for a loan to be able to do their job.
