[B]Moderate Resort vs. Off Site for 2 nights before 5 night stay[/B]

We are staying 2 nights off property before our DVC reservation at VWL. The first two days we plan on going to Sea World. We have a 6 year old.

My question is:

Would you stay off property at Caribe Royal or stay at a Moderate WDW resort on property? We can get either within $4 of each other. We will be renting a car.

What are your thoughts?

We have never stayed at Caribe....but it gets pretty mixed reviews. Personally I would go for the moderate....to us it is so fun to be on Disney Property....but if you will be spending very long days at Sea World and just coming to the room to sleep it isn't a huge deal either way.

It is an easy drive from WDW to Seaworld...so don't let that influence your decision. We really liked Seaworld, but 1 full day and 1 part day would be plenty I would think for almost anyone.

No contest. Always stay on property. You will get a more consistant value.
