B.L.T. Question please!

I'm sorry if this has been asked and I missed it, but we are thinking of doing an add on to BLT and I was curious about the fireworks viewing area on the roof. It says there is limited viewing areas. Has anyone who has bought asked about that? Do you have to be staying on a certain floor, level of stay (i.e. magic kingdom view), or is it just first come first serve idea?
Our points would stretch so much further with a lake or standard view.

We just bought into BLT and the contract states that the viewing area will be by reservation, but not to depend on it. It says not to base you membership decision on being able to use the viewing area. It seemed like standard contract mubmo jumbo to me. I asked a guide and they said that it hasn't really been decided how it will be yet (first come vs. reservation).

Not much help, I know, but that is what I heard.

And I think it only will hold about 80 people or so.

Thank you very much and even though I would not buy or not buy based on the viewing area it sounds like a fun perk. Kind of like the idea of concierge being available at animal kingdom. Not something I would want every trip, but something extra nice once in while.

This is something I am also confused about... and it is an important Perk to "understand". Like the previous poster said, it isnt something youd "have to do"
every visit....but as I am seriously about to buy into BLT Id like to know what the procedure will be.
