I think you are correct and the code can't be put with the 5+2, but it never hurts to ask. See where it got us today. One person asked about any codes that might be out and see where we are now.

So here's another question then... wizzytoon this may interest you too. If the room only amount for the values would end up being $49, could I make a room only reservation for the night before my 5 + 2 goes into effect? Would I be able to just stay in the same room or would we have to switch the next morning. We were going to stay in GA on our way down, but if we can stay at Pop for the same price well then we will just drive it all in one day

Yep! That's what we are doing for our trip in October - - 1 night room-only the day we arrive and then the next day starts the 5+2 package. I just had the reservations linked and a request that we not change rooms.

Now if only discounts for October would be released!

I think if you tell the Cm when you check in, they will not make you switch rooms. But hey even if they do,it is still another night in the land of magic so switching should not be that bad

Exactly. It doesn't matter how long you stay, as long as you go. People at work think were crazy for going to WDW labor day weekend when I can only spend 2 days there. I keep trying to tell them that while short, we are still going to be at WDW and will have a blast.

What about the Poly? Anyone heard about those rates? If it's a better deal than the 5/2 deal it would come not a moment too soon as my 45 day mark is tuesday!! I'm going to call tomorrow to see.

I am not sure any of us are 100% positive on what any of the rates will be, except for the few that were able to get the CM to book them early.

Does anyone know if the code will be good for Sept. 30th? We are needing 3 nights before checking into BCV on Oct 3rd. I spoke to a friendly CM today and she said to call back tomorrow. I can get a rate at the Radisson for $59 a night but would rather stay somewhere on Disney property. She said that the price would be a few dollars cheaper, but couldn't give me an exact amount.

I believe it is from August 29-Sept 29 and must be booked between July 19 and August 17 if I remember what the CM told me correctly.

Thanks for the info. I may have to talk to my DH and see if we can leave on the 29th instead. It just means taking the kids out of school 2 days instead of 1.

Oh this is great news! Hopefully my DU agent will be able to apply the code to my reservation Depending on what the discounts are like, I may even be able to switch to AKL!! Good luck to everyone tomorrow!

Does anyone have a record of the previous "room only" codes for the past year or so? I just noticed that in the few weeks I've been looking at this board, there have been 3 codes starting with the same two letters. August code is AZR, this new one (assuming it is a room only code) is AZZ and another that shall not be written here conformed as well. I wonder how many people try "fishing for codes" when they see such a pattern. After all, there are only 26 variations with the same first two letters (again, assuming they only use letters). Assure me that it's not that simple, please!

Mary has the code listed on mousesavers, so it is now offical.There is a special sept. package and a room only code. Good luck to all this morning on getting the hotels you want.

Susan, Mary has it listed at $55 per night. That is probably without tax.
