The "others" that come to mind are Long John Silver from Treasure Island (either the original live-action Disney or Tim Curry in Muppet's Treasure Island), Captain Long John Silverstein as played by John Cleese on the Muppet Show, or others who I wasn't sure counted as pirates, i.e. Davy Jones, Robin Hood or Nemo (the captain, not the fish).
