Awesome Lady on Reservation Line......

I just called and changed my Sept Reservations for the 4th time. Tonight I talked to a wonderful lady by the name of Stockard. She was AWESOME. She gave me so much info. She told me what to expect in our rooms. She told me about all the parades and firework shows. SHe gave me information about what to do with my toddlers(make sure to take some down time). She told me to make sure I got birthday pins (which I knew thanks to you guys). SHe gave me so much advice and I never asked for any of it. She was so helpful. I wish I could request her everytime I call. Every other time I have called they answer my question and are gone. I know they are busy so it was so nice to talk to someone who sounded like she had time for me.

Very nice to hear! Most of the time I have gotten very nice people but tonight with dining wasn't the case and certainly caught me off guard. Have a great trip!

I love getting a nice CM on the phone. I just got off the reservation line myself and spoke to a really nice guy. Asked me questions about everything, we even talked about baseball for a bit! Plus, I think we are just extremely excited while on the reservation line, because if you are calling the reservation line, that must mean that you are making reservations!!!

I got an awesome cm the last time I called. I think i was on the phone for 45 mins with her. She loked the fact I had all my ADRs planned out. She said she wished she could plan her trips out like I could. I said thats ok I told her I coulnt plan dinner but could plan trips. Makes since huh. Anyway we were talking about ADRs and she said that it was getting harder not to make ADRs and do walkups because of how busy the TS Places are getting and how she feels sorry for the people who try to get im without making ADRs. But I also said about it being my sons bday and she asked how old and I told her and she said about some stuff to do which I knew most of it already. Talked about kids and everything. Wish I could get her everytime as well.

There are some really good CMs at CRO right now it seems. I called April 3rd to book our trip for Sept and got a VERY nice CM. Yesterday I called to book a rapidly thrown together trip for the end of May. On line there were no value or mod resorts available at all that week. When I called yesterday morning just to double check, I got a great CM named Orlando who at first said that sure enough there were absolutely no rooms for that entire week at any values or mods. He checked each day and found the problem were the first Sunday/Monday of the trip and the last Friday/Saturday (Memorial Day weekend). He then noticed that I had made five trips down there last year and said 'no way are we accepting this. Let me see if I can find some Disney Magic'. He then put me on hold for awhile to talk with guest relations and came back to tell me he had managed to pull a preferred room at POP. He then asked if since he couldn't get me a standard room as I had originally asked if there were any room preferences he could add. He then worked really hard to find all the ADRs I wanted, going day by day to tell me what was available, managing to even get us in at Le Cellier and a Fantasmic Pkg. He really went out of his way. He said he had been there a long time and really enjoyed his job and it definitely showed. He was the best CM I've ever dealt with, refusing to give up until he had helped me plan the perfect vacation and trying his best to get everything I asked for.

When I called a few weeks back to add a day, the CM was really wonderful. She asked if I had my ADR's and suggested a few restaurants, and then she told me all about the Circque de Soliel show and answered questions about Downtown Disney. It definitely got me even more excited about our trip.
