Anybody have suggestions on places to partake in adult beverages? :cool1: We are staying on property at POR and are looking for new places to spend some adult time:thumbsup2. Let me know where you like to hang out and if you could send me some pictures of your favorite drinks!! :woohoo:

France - Grey Goose Lemonade Slushy is amazing. The Grand Marnier Orange Slushy is pretty good also.

Germany - Beer

Mexico - Margaritas

England - Beer

Mmmmmm, adult beverages. . .The Tune In Lounge at Hollywood Studios is an awesome place. . .If you see Dave or David say Hi from Darcy. JellyRolls on the Boardwalk is a dueling piano bar. They serve an awesome 32 oz drink every night. Its the nightly drink special. Something different every night but always fun. The dueling pianos are AWESOME. Lots of fun to be had. Raglan Road at Downtown Disney is fun also. Irish Dance, Irish music, awesome whisky and beer selection makes for lots of fun - Enjoy. Also, patio at House of Blues at DTD has a performer or act each night. Lots of fun for free except for cost of drinks.

ESPN and the Big River Grille Brewery at the BW have good selections of drinks.

Go to the Poly and get some drinks at the Ohana bar. Try the Lapu Lapu. It's about $13 and comes in a huge pineapple glass, but trust me, all you need is one ;)

Then hang out and walk around the poly and watch wishes on the beach to cap off the night.

There is a very nice lounge at the Coronado Springs resort as well. Right next to Pepper Market.

Walk down to POFQ and listen to Elliot Dyson in the scat cat lounge.

SoCo Hurricanes at Pleasure Island. It's at the small corner bar by the DJ booth, I think it's called "PI Live"

They rock this much:

Hang out at your hotel's pool bar for a while too, you'll meet some really cool people. My friends and I spent a good 4 hours at the Petals Pool Bar at POP and ended up having a bunch of great conversations with some really nice people.

I would love to go to the bar at PI but they closed PI months ago :sad1:

Thanks for all the good tips! It is my DF first trip so I want to make sure we hit a few bars to liven him up a bit! :thumbsup2

Only the Disney-owned clubs at PI closed. The two "outside" bars--PI Live and Laffers--remain open, as do Raglan Road and Fuego. All four have full bars.

That's great!! Now I am really excited to go :yay: I was under the impression that all the places closed on PI!

Heck! There's a good lounge right in POR! With entertainment from Bob! One of the funniest people in WDW.

I have found some new drinks this week at the world..

Irish Rose at the Pub in England (Epcot)
Sangria at Mama Melrose (Studios)
Sparkaling red wine in Italy (Epcot)

All were new to me & very good.

My favorite is the bar at Poly, they make the best Mai Tai's !

Incidentally, Laffers, on PI, has the same Grey Goose slushee they sell in EPCOT (but sadly not the Grand Marnier one).

Mango gingeritas - in front of the China pavilion. They're amazingly (and dangerously) good! The mango and rum give it some sweetness, but the ginger gives it just the right amount of spice to keep it from being too sweet. Kinda like a really good beer that has that perfect balance between the malt and hops. Take your drinks to the benches along the lagoon anywhere between the outpost and Italy and enjoy! mmmmmmm

They have it at the PI Live bar as well.

And yes, I do drink enough to justify taking a photo of a bar's menu.

that menu makes me very very happy! staying at POFQ, will surely be taking the boat over and getting some of these! thank you! and oh, i take pics of bar menus too. no worries :goodvibes

Best drink I had this trip was the Chocolate Mintini at Rix Lounge (Coronado Springs). They rimmed the glass with what tasted like chocolate oreo crums and the drink itself was a creamy, minty chocolatey delight. It was like a dessert. YUMMY. :thumbsup2

Where is the tune in lounge? I can't see it on the map.
