It isn't controversial. You did what you needed to do and called Disney. Don't be surprised if someone still calls you a cheat or says Disney gave you wrong information. Some people get caught up in their own drama and feel superior and more moral than the rest of us. Ignore the silliness.
I couldn't agree more with this response. Some replies are ridiculous like comparing this question with stealing half-eaten steak from a grocery store. The original question was is there a way around or can we avoid the extra adult charge because the rooms will not be above capacity or can my teens sleep alone in the room without an adult, NOT how can I scam Disney out of the extra adult charges. If you can't offer helpful advice, why post?
